Is there any cost for the home visit?
We do our best to keep our services free for those who can’t easily get to a clinic due to mobility or personal circumstances. If you’re booking for convenience, a fee may apply but this is fully waived with the purchase of hearing aids. We’ll always explain any costs upfront, no surprises, no hidden fees.

Who is the professional visiting my home?
All appointments are done by a certified hearing instrument specialist from Hearing Oasis. You’ll be welcomed by someone warm, professional, and fully licensed.

How long will the appointment take?
Most home visits take about 45 to 60 minutes. We move at your pace and take the time to answer all your questions so you feel informed and at ease.

What if I don't have hearing loss?
No problem at all. Many clients book a hearing test just to check in. You’ll receive a full assessment, and if everything looks great, we simply recommend routine monitoring.
